(Halloween in December on NYE)!

Decemberween 2022 is officially on, and will be loaded with all the music, dancing, creativity, costumes, camaraderie, and community fun that you’ve come to expect, with even more new surprises in store.

We will once again transform Diversity Richmond's 15,000 square foot event space and outdoor area into multiple immersive environments for fire performance, live music, 3 stages with bands and DJs, interactive art installations, circus arts, stage performances, outdoor pyro-sculptures, mutant vehicle showcases, 3 libation stations, food trucks, vendors and more!

PYRO CIRCUS FIRE PERFORMANCE STAGE:
Fire has always been a big element of the PLF experience, and we will be keeping it hot with some of the best fire and flow performers on the east coast to dazzle your senses (and keep you warm)! with magnificent fire and flow arts, daring fire breathing, and amazing performances of all sorts.

And we'll have some special performances TBA

We are excited to present to you an entire roster of fire artists throughout the evening, returning acts, new debuts, solo artists, choreographed troop routines, and a NYE countdown at Diversity Richmond that you’ll never forget!

PLEASE READ AND PASS IT ON. SUPER DUPER IMPORTANT PLF PSAs:

*Decemberween is Halloween in December on New Year's Eve. Costumes are encouraged, but don’t stress it that’s not your thing. Come have fun and get down! 

*To get in at the gate, you will need:
- either your printed or mobile phone ticket, depending on which option you chose at checkout.
- proof of vaccination or  "COVID-19 Vaccination Exemption Accommodation Form"  with negative test taken within the prior 72 hours that matches a patron's photo ID. The negative test may be digital or printed, no take home test.
- a mask
- Photo ID / Passport

*There is a huge parking lot right outside the venue, and plenty of parking on the surrounding streets. Carpooling IS SEXY! Ride with friends, save gas, or take a cab.

*Speaking of cars and people, DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE! Make sure to have your designated drivers, and/or get those Uber/Lyft apps and taxi numbers ready. We want everyone to arrive safely and leave safely. Drink responsibly.

*This event is at Diversity Richmond NOT Diversity Thrift. It is the HUGE event space that around the side of the building.

*NO LIQUIDS OF ANY KIND can be brought into this event. It's against ABC laws. You CAN bring an empty water bottle to fill up. Please have empty containers ready to show security. There's water fountains near the bathrooms and water coolers at the libation stations. Drink water.

*ALL bags are subject to be checked. only small bags and purses may be brought in.

*NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND. If security deems your costume "prop" a weapon, then sorry, it's a weapon.

*NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OF ANY KIND.

*ZERO tolerance for racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism or any form of discrimination.

*NO HATE SPEECH OR HATE GROUP ATTIRE ALLOWED (patches, t-shirts, hats)

*Alcohol will be provided at our libation stations. You MUST visit drink tickets station first (cash and card accepted) before being served. This is not BYOB. You will not be allowed in with outside alcohol. No exceptions. The law is the law. Drink responsibly.

*Coat racks will be provided at the entrance, but not staffed. Use at your own discretion. The venue and organizers are not responsible for your items.

*Last call will be at 1:30am. All drinks must be finished by 2am sharp. However, the party will continue til 4am, so you have plenty of time to keep dancing. Drink water, it's good for you.

* We value creating spaces for safer and more secure celebrations. We value being as respectful, conscious, and aware of others and your surroundings AT ALL TIMES. Take care of yourselves and watch out for each other. We don't usually have too many yahoos or creepazoids or dumb dumbs at our events but still keep your eyes open. Don't be a dick.

*CONSENT IS THE LAW OF THE LAND! ASK before EVERYTHING.
Every PLF event has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for consent violations of any kind. Touching without asking (hugs included), coercion/pressuring someone sexually, ignoring a subtle/hesitant/or clear NO.

*This event is 21 to drink and is geared toward 21+ participants. 18+ is allowed. Be adults.
