PARTY LIBERATION FOUNDATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Terms and Conditions govern the attendance, conduct, and participation in private events, collaborations, and fundraisers organized or hosted in part or in whole by Party Liberation Foundation (PLF), a nonprofit organization recognized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Participation in PLF events is open to individuals who meet any age or eligibility requirements specified for each event. PLF reserves the right to refuse or revoke attendance to any individual or group at its discretion in accordance to the law. PLF reserves the right to ask associates of known problem individuals to refrain from attending events or refrain from inviting new attendees or promoting events or staffing and performance positions. ATTENDEES, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, PERFORMERS, AND VENDORS ARE EXPECTED TO CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A RESPECTFUL, CONSIDERATE, AND LAWFUL MANNER THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE EVENT. ANY AND ALL BEHAVIOR DEEMED DISRUPTIVE, OFFENSIVE, UNLAWFUL, DANGEROUS, UNCONSCIENTIOUS, RACIST, HOMOPHOBIC, ABELIST, SEXIST, DEROGETORY, CRUEL, HARMFUL, OR OTHERWISE CONCERNING IN ANY WAY TO OTHERS, ANIMALS, PROPERTY, OR THE EVENT ENVIRONMENT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT PREMISES. PLF STAFF AND VENUE ATTENDEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE THE SCOPE AND IDENTIFICATION OF SUCH BEHAVIOR ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS IN ACCORDANCE TO THE LAW. Consumption of alcohol and other substances may be permitted at certain PLF events where legally permissible and in compliance with venue and state regulations. Attendees are expected to drink responsibly and refrain from any behavior that endangers themselves or others due to intoxication. PLF PRIORITIZES THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF ALL ATTENDEES. ATTENDEES MUST ADHERE TO ANY SAFETY GUIDELINES, INSTRUCTIONS, OR EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS COMMUNICATED BY PLF STAFF OR VENUE PERSONNEL. COMMUNICATIONS MAY BE DIGITAL, VERBAL, OR WRITTEN. ANY CONCERNS REGARDING SAFETY OR SECURITY SHOULD BE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO PLF STAFF OR DESIGNATED PERSONNEL. PLF STAFF OR VENUE PERSONNEL RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE SAFETY RESPONSES AS THEY DEEM APPROPRIATE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTENDEES BEING REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND IF THEY ARE DETERMINED TO BE A THREAT TO PHYSICAL AND MENTAL SAFETY OR IN VIOLATION OF ANOTHER ATTENDEES CONSENT. By attending PLF events, attendees grant PLF the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional or documentation purposes. ATTENDEES WHO WISH TO OPT OUT OF BEING PHOTOGRAPHED OR RECORDED SHOULD NOTIFY PLF STAFF OR DESIGNATED PERSONNEL. Collaborations and fundraisers organized by PLF may involve partnerships with other organizations, businesses, or individuals. Attendees are expected to respect the terms and conditions set forth by PLF and its collaborators, including any fundraising objectives or guidelines. ALL ONLINE PURCHASES OR PURCHASES MADE AT EVENTS SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO EVENT TICKETS, MERCHANDISE, BEVERAGES, RAFFLE TICKETS, DUES/FEES EXPRESSLY COMMUNICATED BY PLF, AND SO ON ARE CONSIDERED A DONATION TO THE NONPROFIT AND ARE THEREFORE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS EXPLICITLY NOTED OR ALLOWED BY PLF.  Attendees are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies while attending PLF events. Any violations may result in removal from the event premises and may be reported to relevant authorities. ATTENDEES ACKNOWLEDGE AND ASSUME ANY RISKS AND LIABILITY ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING PLF EVENTS AND RELEASE PLF, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN PLF EVENTS.  IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT RESULTS IN LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION, THE ACCUSING PARTY SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY'S FEES, INCURRED BY PLF IN DEFENDING AGAINST SUCH ACTION.

PLF reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior or subsequent notice. PLF reserves the right to disseminate these Terms and Conditions through various channels, including but not limited to digital communications such as email, social media, ticket hub event pages, PLF’s website, and other online platforms, as well as through in-person communications, which may include signage displayed at entry points, on-premises, or made available upon request at, before, or after events. Attendees are encouraged to review the latest version of the Terms and Conditions before attending any PLF event in any capacity. By attending a Party Liberation Foundation event, collaboration, or fundraiser, attendees agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines or instructions provided by PLF staff or designated personnel.
